Sizing
From fit to drape. It can be tricky here is a short breakdown.
1. True to size (TTS)
"True to size" is a term commonly used in clothing and footwear to indicate that a particular item fits according to standard sizing expectations. If something is labeled as true to size, it means that you should generally order or purchase your usual size, and it should fit comfortably without being too small or too large.
2. Oversize
"Oversize" refers to garment that is intentionally designed to be larger or looser fitting than standard sizes. This style choice can vary in degree, ranging from slightly oversized for a relaxed fit to extremely oversized for a more exaggerated look. Oversized clothing is often chosen for its comfort, casual aesthetic, or as a fashion statement. When purchasing oversize items, some people prefer to stick with their usual size for a slightly relaxed fit, while others may intentionally size up for a more exaggerated oversized look. It ultimately depends on personal preference and the desired style.
3. Height & Weight to Size Ratio
Creating an accurate and universally applicable chart for height and weight-to-size ratio can be challenging due to the wide variation in body types, proportions, and preferences among individuals. However, we can provide a general guideline based on the advise of your stylist.
