Returns & Exchanges

Mistakes happen, here you can read our policy

1. Returns

Orders can be returned at your expense within 4 calendar days of the order being placed or received. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 4 days from time of the order. To start a return, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns on sale items are not accepted. If an item is on sale, the purchase is final.

Accessories including hats, bags, and similar items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange at this time. As a growing independent brand, our current logistics setup does not allow us to process accessory returns. If your item arrives with a defect or quality issue, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges must first comply with our returns policy. Furthermore, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. If you’d like to start an exchange, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Item exchanges are subject to availability.

Exchanges on sale items are not accepted. If an item is on sale the purchase is final.

3. Shipping

Shipping time ranges from 1-3 times a week. Depending on when your order was placed. Please allow ample time for your order to be fulfilled as we are still a small brand with small operations sometimes it can take some time. 

Pre-order items are usually 2-3 weeks of wait time but it can take more time deepening on the item. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need updates.

4. Duty & border fees

We are not responsible for international duty fees. Please stay on top of your order and follow the tracking to know when duty fees are due. Please pay duty fees promptly. 

We are not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty fees, and you will not be refunded for an item that is stopped or returned at customs. 

5. Package Responsibility 

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, please contact us to discuss next steps. As a small brand, we currently do not have the logistics infrastructure to track and automatically reship returned packages. We are not responsible for return-to-sender shipments, and any reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE PICKED UP BY OUR SHIPPING CARRIER. THAT RESPONSIBILITY IS NOW BETWEEN THE SHIPPING CARRIER AND THE CUSTOMER. FOR CLAIMS AND ISSUES WITH THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POSTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION ON THE DAY ITS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. 

PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN ORDERING AND CONTAINS RIGHT APARTMENT NUMBER IF NECESSARY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ITEMS STUCK IN TRANSIT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND NEED TO BE DEALT WITH THE SHIPPING PROVIDER. 

Returns must be shipped via UPS or FedEx only, as our facility is unable to accept USPS deliveries. Once your return request has been approved, you have 3 days to ship the item back. After sending your return, please reply to your return confirmation email with the tracking number so we can properly monitor and process it. Returns sent outside of this window or without tracking confirmation may not be accepted.

We are not responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
