Returns & Exchanges
Mistakes happen, here you can read our policy
1. Returns
Orders can be returned at your expense within 7 calendar days of the order being placed or received. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 7 days from time of the order. To start a return, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns on sale items are not accepted. If an item is on sale, the purchase is final.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges must first comply with our returns policy. Furthermore, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. If you’d like to start an exchange, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Item exchanges are subject to availability.
Exchanges on sale items are not accepted. If an item is on sale the purchase is final.
3. Shipping
Shipping schedule ranges from 1-3 times a week. Depending on when your order was placed. Please allow ample time for your order to be fulfilled as we are still a small brand with small operations sometimes it can take some time.
Pre-order items are usually 2-3 weeks of wait time but it can take more time deepening on the item. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need updates.
Sand Castle Atelier is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen/lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact us and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
While orders are typically shipped within 5 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or on special occasions such as special and pre-order items. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped.
4. Duty & border fees
We are not responsible for international duty fees. Please stay on top of your order and follow the tracking to know when duty fees are due. Please pay duty fees promptly.
We are not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty fees, and you will not be refunded for an item that is stopped or returned at customs.
